This current alert period sees a wide contrast of emotions that some may struggle to come to terms with.

On the one hand there is likely to be an uncertain, wavering attitude, and on the other feelings for more determinative and positive action. It means there is a wide divide between thoughts and emotions that highlight attractive, desirable, or adventurous courses of action and those that merely mark time between indecision, despondency, and in some cases complete inertia.

At the same time there may be erratic, disordered, escapist, or unusual mood impulses that may be coupled with strong and powerful emotions filled with vigour and ambition, or a broader vision of previously unimagined dimensions.

There may also be a strong need for affection and intimacy. But yet again the more understanding and sympathetic side of ones personality may in turn be contrasted by considerably more aggressive emotions when confronted by perceived injustices or challenging and irritating circumstances.

At this current Lunar phase we are in what we habitually refer to here as the ‘doldrum period.’ This comes midway between the New Moon, or Full Moon, and may be characterised by lowered,or flattened emotions with poor self confidence, pessimism, doubts, and an overall sense of insecurity.

However this current ‘doldrum period’ is tempered, or otherwise influenced by the above mentioned factors that could assert a measure of much needed zest or spark into ones daily routine.

It cannot be too highly stressed that we are now in a period of heightened celestial influence, at one of the years most concentrated gathering of planetary alignments. Contrasts will abound. But through it all there is the invitation to aspire, think, and imagine beyond the ordinary with a vision of enlarged personal horizons.

Coming days are likely to see a sharp acceleration of thought and feeling with more creative solutions to existing problems as well as the capacity to enjoy life - especially simple things - and feel warmed by the friendship of others.

Complicated as well as demanding, this is a time that offers challenges, but also a dangerous potential for over confidence, or over extention of ones resources in risky and ill judged ventures.

In this respect there are likely to be more losers than winners and considerable thought should be given to spontaneous financial decisions, that may seem deceptively attractive.

What is certain is that the next week or so will not be lacking in colorful moods and circumstances.
