According to spaceweather.com, this morning saw the eruption of a spectacular C-Flare explosion. See below for picture.

Whilst this Solar Flare is not Earth directed, there is some evidence that altered energy patterns associated with Solar Flares may create definite physical and psychological effects. These may range from erratic and disordered behaviour with a confused and chaotic temperament.

Physical effects may include, headache, neuralgia, palpitations, or just feeling unwell for no particular reason.

It should be stressed that symptoms arising from any Solar activity are likely to be of short duration only and if persisting beyond several days are likely to be of some other origin.

At the same time Spaceweather.com announces the expected arrival of an increased Solar wind flow from a massive coronal hole ( see pic below) on the surface of the Sun. This extends for millions of miles and allows super charged energy to flow out into space and will impact with Earth’s atmopshere very shortly: around the 17th of January. Likely mood effects and physical consequences are mentioned above, but in reality little is known about the true effects, and in a period already overloaded by planetary influence is difficult to predict.

This is very much an atmosphere of mixed feelings with strong contrasts and emotions. At the same time there is likely to be a confusion of thoughts and ideas that may swiftly alernate between various states of determination, or vascilliating, insecure states of mind.

Under these circumstances a hesitant, unsure, or uncertain form of mentality will be balanced by another more adventurous, daring, and altered psychology. This may invite bold ideas, plans and ventures as well as intiating deeper thoughts that awaken pathways to inner consciousness of a more fulfilling dimension.

Confusing, as well as enriching, this current emotional atmosphere opens new horizons towards broader aims and desires, as well as heightening ones perspective in areas that are capable of making changes of a lasting nature. These changes may be of a fundamentally life changing nature and exhibit previously unrevealed, or undiscovered elements of ones inner self.

In general this is a mood atmosphere of powerful conflicts that may cause deep inner turmoil, but at the same time offer answers to problems that may not have otherwise occurred. Similarly there may be sensitive, delcate, and refined inclinations with a strong tendency towards nostalgia, reflectiveness, and added need for affection and sense of belonging.
