Over the last 24 hours there has been a massive Solar X-flare explosion that according to [1] www.spaceweather.com “produced waves of ionization in Earth’s upper atmosphere, briefly altering the propagation of low-frequency radio signals around our planet.”

Any Solar activity of this intensity is bound to have definite implications for both physical and emotional well being.

Emotional symptoms may vary from a confused, restless and irritable disposition to otherwise unusual or erratic states of mind. Physical symptoms may include unusual fatigue and tiredness, with vague, or indistinct sensations. These may involve sudden bouts of nausea, palpitations, dizziness or just feeling unwell for no apparent reason.

As on other similar occasions it has to be stated that symptoms resulting from Solar flare activity are of short duration only and if persisting for more than several days are likely to be of some other origin.
