A strong geomagnetic storm is now in progress. This is a result of several major X flare eruptions over the course of recent days. As well as creating attractive auroral displays, increased geomagnetic activity is likely to have definite physical and emotional effects. These may be hard to predict, but often create feelings of irritable, irrational, or erratic mood swings with restless and disjointed thoughts and inclinations. Physical symptoms may include vague and indistinct symptoms with the possibility of fatigue or tiredness, or others such as unexplained headaches, nausea, neuralgia, toothache, palpitations, or dizziness.

It cannot be too highly stressed that the week ahead promises to be a roller coaster of intense and at times highly demanding emotions that for some may prove highly challenging.

We are now just a matter of days away from the next Full Moon. This comes at precisely 09:27 UTC, on September 12th (05:27 EDT, or 02:27 PT)

Inevitably as with any Full Moon atmosphere there are bound to be heightened and raised emotions with strong nervous restlessness, anxiety, and tension. Feelings may feel stretched and on edge and those of a sensitive disposition may find this period highly uncomfortable. Indeed some may feel driven to the point of crisis, and coping strategies may have to be employed to their very fullest extent.

Under these circumstances there may be powerful apprehensions, fears, and concerns with reduced concentration and a wavering, confused, attitude that may see problems rather than solutions.

In many respects this atmosphere may come to represent a brain storm of thoughts and impressions and filtering through to only those most necessary could prove difficult.

As with any impending Full Moon atmosphere there is the potential for argumentative, volatile, and contentious attitudes, with a the risk of friction and conflict within the family setting.. However each Full Moon atmosphere is unique, and this time may be mellowed by other influences that take the edge off its harsher elements. With only two or three days to go to the next Full Moon moods and emotions will inevitably be subject to strong nervous restlessness, anxiety, and tension.

There are also likely to be heightened apprehensions, fears, and concerns, with erratic, agitated, or turbulent inclinations that for some may approach crisis level. This may lead to a poor sense of concentration with heightened natural energy that will suit tasks of a physical nature rather than those requiring a high degree of cerebral activity.

In reality a good balance between physical and mental activity is probably the key to maintaining a good sense of equilibrium at this time. Inevitably this will create conditions of tense nervous restlessness with heightened periods of anxiety and tension. This will be especially noticeable in the days to come and for some emotions could approach crisis point.

In addition feelings may be dictated by a strong degree of apprehension and even minor problems could assume major dimensions. There may also be a reduced sense of concentration with a mind storm of ideas and impressions that could make it harder to think in an ordered manner. Consequently extra discipline will be required to fulfil ones daily routine and tasks may be completed in a hurried manner or be left unfinished.

Under these circumstances it could feel harder to settle, with the feeling of needing to be active rather than involved in more sedentary activities. Over the last 24 hours there has been a massive Solar X-flare explosion that according to www.spaceweather.com “produced waves of ionization in Earth’s upper atmosphere, briefly altering the propagation of low-frequency radio signals around our planet.”

Any Solar activity of this intensity is bound to have definite implications for both physical and emotional well being.

Emotional symptoms may vary from a confused, restless and irritable disposition to otherwise unusual or erratic states of mind. Physical symptoms may include unusual fatigue and tiredness, with vague, or indistinct sensations. These may involve sudden bouts of nausea, palpitations, dizziness or just feeling unwell for no apparent reason.

As on other similar occasions it has to be stated that symptoms resulting from Solar flare activity are of short duration only and if persisting for more than several days are likely to be of some other origin.
