Today is the Day of the New Moon. Inevitably this will lead to tense nervous restlessness, though curiously perhaps not as acute as on previous days. This is often the case; likewise with Full Moon atmospheres when the actual day itself sees relatively calmer conditions than the lead up itself.

Even so there is still need to be wary. In the appropriate circumstances this can still be a highly dynamic, challenging, and demanding mood atmosphere. Sensitivities will be greatly heightened, and strongly relate to ones relationships with others. Added to this there will be delicate and refined moods and emotions with a powerful need for intimacy and affection.

At the same time there may be a greater degree of harmony and rhythm, as well as a consideration for others that in previous days may have been lacking. It has to be stressed this is still very much a highly complex emotional atmosphere capable of great variation whose moods will be hard to predict.

Under these circumstances feelings of an enthusiastic and determined nature may be contrasted by those of a more hesitant, unsure, and restrained disposition. Some may also experience flattened or depressive emotions and this only serves to highlight the considerable complexity of this current mood situation. Likewise sympathy and understanding may be contrasted by more aggressive, belligerent, selfish, and resentful feelings with the potential for unsettled, turbulent or friction laden moods and inclinations.
