We are now just a matter of hours away from the New Moon which this month comes at precisely 03:04 UTC, on the 29th of August, or 23:04 ET, 20:04 PT, on the 28th of August.

As with any New Moon situation there is likely to be a state of heightened awareness and perception with intense nervous restlessness. This is also very much a mood prone to acutely deepened sensitivities with an alert but sometimes confused outlook, and a mind that may be filled with a blockage of plans and ideas.

This is certainly a mood period that has the potential to create deep inner turmoil with an unsettled disposition, reduced concentration, but equally a dynamic and zestful urge to engage in things. However a clear vision of what those things may be, could be lacking and lead to frustration and pent up energy that may cause significant problems.

As with any New Moon situation there is the possibility of more sharpened, aggressive and belligerent emotions. Grievances and perceived injustices will be acutely felt and where arguments do develop there may be little restraint in what is said or done. Indeed this atmosphere has all the ingredients for highly volatile circumstances and these will be made all the more likely where there is the consumption of alcohol whose effects will, be magnified at this time.
