Heightened Mood Alert - update

The next 24 hours carriy the potential for extremes of mood and circumstance that may require the greatest of tolerance and restraint. For some, feelings may approach crisis point and invite domestic upheaval as well as personal dilemmas of an equally demanding nature.
Watch out, take care, and be prepared for a rough ride. On the other hand there is a substantial possibility to harness this intensity to good effect, but only the greatest of discipline will extract the best elements from this current atmosphere.

Sun/Venus alignment.

It’s one thing to talk about alignments and their effects and quite another to see them in actuality.
Here is a SOHO picture of the gathering alignment between the Sun and Venus. We live in a real Universe. It’s effects are real, its dimensions seemingly infinite. This means our thoughts, feelings, and aspirations can also be infinite, and achieve the impossible. We are a little planet. Travel too far beyond its boundaries and it fades from view. We may be nothing, but everything to ourselves, yet indivisible from the granditude of what surrounds us - no more, no less.

This represents a very delicate period of moods and emotions with a wide range of shades and variations.
We are now just a matter of a day or so away from the New Moon which occurs on July 30 at 18:40 UTC, or 14:40 ET - 11:40 PT. Usually this would herald a period of heightened tension and emotion with a tendency towards aggressive, confrontational, or argumentative moods and feelings.
On this occasion however the emotional spectrum is heavily influenced by numerous planetary alignments. While these will act to ensure a greater element of sympathy and understanding with deep inner emotions there may also be an erratic and searching disposition, posing important dilemmas and the need for answers that may be difficult to confront.
This atmosphere is also laden with sensitive and probing emotions that will tend towards affectionate and intimate inclinations, and a stronger need to find a sense of togetherness and well being. Read the rest of this entry »
