We are now just a matter of a day away from the next New Moon which this month comes at precisely 21: 03 GMT, on June 1st, or 19: 03 EDT.

Inevitably this will result in a period of tense nervous restlessness with heightened moods and emotions that for some may approach crisis level. In addition there is likely to be a strong element of more aggressive and contentious feelings with a ready disposition towards arguments or volatile expression. Indeed arguments may erupt over the most trivial of reasons and sometimes just for the sake of it.

Under these circumstances there may be little control over what is said or done, and the consequences may be around for a long time to come.

Some degree of balance will come from the alignment between the Moon and Venus. This will at least instil a degree of more agreeable, friendly and affectionate emotions that will offset some of the harsher elements of this current alert period.

On the other hand the Moon is also aligned with Mercury, creating raised awareness and perception and also a strong desire for change and variety. Read the rest of this entry »
