The last few days has seen extremely heightened geomagnetic activity which is now abating to a significant extent.

Heightened periods of geomagnetic activity are bound to lead to definite mood effects. These will vary from person to person.

Likely mood traits may alternate from feeling highly irritable and emotional, to an extra sensitive outlook with an extremely erratic disposition prone to indecision, confusion, and frequent changes of mind. At the same time there may be bouts of lethargy or fatigue, with other more distinct physical symptoms. These include suddenly feeling unwell for no apparent reason, as well as nausea, dizziness, headache or neuralgia.

It should be stressed that symptoms originating from increased geomagnetic activity will be of a short lived duration and if lasting for longer than several days are likely to be of some other origin.
