We are now in a very heightened period of moods and feelings that for some will represent a challenged and demanding period that for some may approach crisis level.

This comes just a matter of three or four days short of the New Moon, at a time of unique celestial activity that willl have major implications, both on a personal, political, and social level. Indeed at a time when world events and happenings are already quite dramatic this atmosphere will add still further to the intensity of feelings that will ensure a highly colorful time ahead.

As mentioned above this period is under the focus of numerous planetary alignments with immense potential for disruption, turmoil and agitation. There is also the potential and possibility to advance oneself on a spiritual level, or attain a higher degree of inner awakening than may otherwise have been possible.

This all goes to illustrate the complexities of an atmosphere that veers between extremes, and highlights the supreme need for tolerance, patience, control, and stability.

At the same time there may be feelings of great joy, hilarity, love and the need to enjoy things to the full. This may be combined with compassionate and caring feelings that may be contrasted by others of an extravagant, excessive, and even vulgar nature.

This is definitely a highly complex mood situation with powerful energy that may paradoxically lead to fatigue and tiredness - through over indulgence - or to broadened horizons, new friendships and the awareness of what really matters.

As with any immediate New Moon lead up there is the possibility of feelings of aggression, anger, and simmering resentment with increased nervous restlessness, that for some may be especially strong.

Either way this is an exciting mood situation with a roller coaster of emotions that may not be easy to control.
