We are now just four or five days short of the New Moon and inevitably this will lead to heightened tensions and emotions.

As a consequence there will be raised nervous restlessness and anxiety at a time of extremely heightened celestial activity. This is sure to contribute to strong moods and feelings with demanding and challenging emotions that some may find difficult to cope with. Numerous planetary alignments will complicate the current alert period still further.

The Sun is now beginning to align with Jupiter. Typical Jovian qualities of expansive good humoured moods with generous and out going emotions will be evident, but this alignment is also balanced by the opposition of Saturn. Consequently there will be a more restricted, calculated, and disciplined emotional range and also the potential for depressive, and pessimistic feelings with lowered self confidence and inspiration.

This period is also heavily influenced by the Mars/Uranus alignment which is about to come to a peak with feelings that will have important repercussions for domestic, social; and political events that in certain parts of the world are already in a highly turbulent state. On a personal level this is likely to lead to strained and tense emotions with an agitated state of mind that for some may approach crisis level.

Some measure of delicacy and refinement will come from the alignment between Venus and Neptune. This is now on the wane but can still bring sensitive, perceptive and intimate emotions with an inner insight and awakening to higher values. At the same time it can also bring conflict and confusion with a clash of emotions that could prove frustrating with frequent changes of mind.

Under these circumstances concentration may be impaired and important decisions may not benefit from the best level of awareness towards all the issues involved.

Coming days will see further heightening of moods and emotions with a powerful mood atmosphere that could bring some towards crisis level.

All things considered this is a hugely complex emotional situation. It may awaken good and stimulating emotions and all too soon stifle or sour feelings in a depressing or despondent manner. This illustrates the fickle nature of a period that is filled with contrasting and conflicting influences that needs very careful handling and control.
