For reasons beyond our control this is a shorter than usual alert bulletin

Moods and feelings may feel considerably subdued than of late. This is mainly due to the current phase of the Moon, and also to the diminishing influence of numerous planetary alignments. This is likely to lead to a noticeable decline in the intensity of feelings with a short lived period of insecure, uncertain, and pessimistic emotions with lowered self confidence and enthusiasm.

On the other hand this current mood atmosphere may be perfect for those wanting, and able to relax and take things easy. Those on a tight deadline however will need to feel especially motivated and determined if their goals are to be achieved.

Coming days will see entry into the short so called ‘doldrum period’ with yet further lowering in the intensity of moods and feelings. However the impending alignment between the Sun and Mercury will at least ensure a degree of zest and enthusiasm.

It should also be remembered that we are still very much under he influence of the Uranus/Jupiter alignment. This is an extremely slow moving alignment that will be with us for the rest of the year, and occurs only once every 14 years. Likely mood traits include a strong deviation from the norm with the possibility of highly original, creative thought and ideas with eccentric and out of character emotions and feelings.

As mentioned in numerous other alert bulletins, this period is in the midst of a slow moving and rare conjunction featuring Saturn, which is currently in opposition to both Uranus and Jupiter. The Uranus/Jupiter alignment occurs roughly only once every 14 years, whilst the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction occurs around once every 21 years. Meanwhile the Saturn/Uranus conjunction occurs only once in around 46 years.

It means we have a set of not so common alignments all grouped together to create an almost unique set of circumstances unparalleled for many years. Inevitably this will also create highly unusual mood trends and since this alignment is so slow moving its effects will tend to be absorbed and taken for granted. However there is no avoiding the fact that this alignment will have a massive impact on events here on Earth with the possibility of vast changes in social consciousness and understanding.

At the same time there may be a tendency to changed weather patterns, natural disasters and other strange and extreme events such as those that have recently dominated news headlines in Pakistan, India and China.

Once again this is a significantly less strident mood than was the case for most of last week. The effects of the Full Moon are beginning to dissipate, as also the influence of an intense Solar wind that buffeted the planets atmosphere for four or five days.

Nevertheless there is still enough nervous energy to cause problems. This may result in a tense and restless disposition with an over alert sense of awareness and perception, as well as an over active imagination. Under these circumstances problems and difficulties may be magnified and contribute to an unsettled atmosphere with feelings of uncertainty and being ill at ease. Read the rest of this entry »

For many years this period was highlighted by forward thinking people as one likely to result in intense natural catastrophes, increased earthquakes, and vast social changes. In fact one book the Judgement of Jupiter by Richard Timms illustrated a clear connection between celestial activity and events here on Earth.

The prediction for this was based on numerous rare and concentrated planetary alignments that some went even so far as to say would topple the world on its axis. Fortunately this has yet to transpire, but jump to this link for a graph that clearly shows a remarkable increase in earthquake activity in recent years.
