13th - 14th March 2010

We are now headed for one of the years most concentrated periods of planetary alignments, that comes just days short of the New Moon. This means increased nervous tension and anxiety with the possibility for forceful expression, arguments, and simmering resentment.

Under these circumstances there is the possibility for extremes of mood and feeling with highly agitated, turbulent, and disordered emotional impulses. Fortunately some measure of restraint and balance will come from the alignment between the Moon and Jupiter. This will add a more optimistic, generous and fun loving atmosphere to the overall mood setting and will at least guarantee a degree of levity to what may otherwise constitute a very tense and sharpened period of moods and feelings.

As mentioned in previous alerts we are now coming to the peak of an alignment involving the Sun, Mercury and Uranus. Likely mood traits include powerful mental and nervous activity with an unsettled disposition and a strong desire for change. This will combine with equally powerful inclinations towards eccentric, unusual, or out of character emotions with a disruptive or rebellious nature. This may lead to drastic or dramatic moods and feelings with the potential for highly unsettled and agitated emotions.

On the other hand there will be a tendency towards highly original thinking with unique solutions to problems that may not have otherwise occurred: This, coupled with a galvanic degree of energy will ensure that coming days do not lack a dynamic force of zestfulness that could pave the way towards new and more rewarding horizons.

Coming days will see a highly complex mood setting with one of the most astonishing alignments since Mood Alert began. This involves the alignment of the Sun and Moon with Jupiter, Mercury and Uranus.

Alert is 8. Moon 3% illuminated.
