Today sees one of the years most complex planetary situations with conflicting and contrasting emotions that are not easy to predict or forecast. As it is this will create a fluctuating and varied mood spectrum with the possibility of extremes of circumstance.

Placed in finer detail this current alert period sees a massive alignment involving the Sun, Venus, Neptune, Jupiter and Earth. With regard to moods this is likely to lead to a lively, sensitive, and powerful mood atmosphere with delicate and self refining emotions. At the same time there will be strong escapist tendencies with a ready disposition towards drug or alcohol abuse, or else any one of a number of outlets and strategies to take the edge off a very powerful mood atmosphere.

The influence of Jupiter is sure to introduce humour, generosity and good feeling but also an over exaggerated, extravagant and careless disposition that may invite needless accidents and mishaps. Of course this period is made all the more intense by the proximity of the next New Moon on the 14th of the month. Inevitably this will lead to increased nervous restlessness, anxiety, and tension with the possibility of volatile expression and anger.

Today also sees an important alignment between the Moon and Mercury, both of which are in opposition to Mars. This is likely to create alert, worrying and over aware feelings, combined with aggressive, forceful and passionate emotions with the potential for arguments and volatile expression.

It will be seen this is a highly complex mood atmosphere and exactly how the various influences meld together is hard to predict. Suffice it to say this will be a varied, colorful, and agitated mood setting that for some may be hard to come to terms with.

Alert is 8. Moon 4% illuminated.
