This is still very much a New Moon atmosphere with considerably heightened moods and feelings. As a result there is likely to be tense nervous restlessness with the potential for extremes of mood and emotion.

Under these circumstances there may be highly volatile, unbalanced, and turbulent feelings, with out of character reactions to even mundane problems. This whole atmosphere will be further accentuated and balanced by various on going planetary alignments most notably the conjunction between the Sun and Venus, which although beyond its peak is still powerful.

Likely mood traits include raised feelings of affection and intimacy with a stronger degree of understanding and sympathy. On the other hand, as we have stated numerous times already this need to feel wanted, loved, and appreciated may - if not reciprocated -have a reverse tendency towards isolation, loneliness, and feelings of rejection.

We are now coming to the end of a particularly long term alignment between Jupiter and Neptune which has been active since early November of last year. This has also combined with Mars to produce a highly complex mood situation with uniquely sensitive feelings and emotions, contrasted by refined, delicate, and escapist tendencies, including increased mystical and spiritual awareness. On the other hand the more aggressive, forceful, and emotional forces of Mars have provided a confrontational and passionate edge to feelings with particularly heightened New and Full Moon atmospheres.

It is worth noting the Jupiter/Neptune alignment only occurs once every 13 years, so the next repeat of similar emotions will be well into the next decade. As such we are now entering into a very different mood scenario that for the next months will be dominated by Solar alignments involving Venus, Mars, Neptune, Jupiter, and Mercury.

Coming days will see broadly similar moods, though the later part of the weekend and early part of the new week will see a whole range of Lunar alignments that will add considerable variety to the mood spectrum.
