For various reasons beyond our control it was not possible to put out an updated version of Mood Alert over the last few days.
This continues as a highly intense and agitated period of nervous restlessness with the possibility of extremes of circumstance.
Added to this there may be a strong sense of agitation with sharpened emotions that will see a very heightened degree of awareness and sensitivity. Feelings may be acute and demanding with raised apprehensions, uncertainty, and confusion. In addition there may be lowered self confidence, with poor concentration and even feelings of futility and depression. Read the rest of this entry »
