This current alert period comes very much under the influence of the present Solstice environment which over the last 24 hours has exerted a suprising degree of power and control.

Strong and forceful feelings have been very much in evidence and it should be remembered that the Sun, now in alignment with the centre of our Galaxy has a conjoined effect with Cosmic forces on overall moods and emotions. Some of these may tend towards aggressive, belligerent, and confrontational feelings and there may be a strong element of confusion and chaos.

As mentioned in the previous alert we are also at the beginning of an important alignment between the Sun and Venus. Over the coming weeks this will exert a decisive influence and help to tone down some of the more aggressive aspects of this period. Likely mood traits include powerful feelings and emotions, with greater sympathy and understanding as well as affectionate and friendlier inclinations. Added to this there may be a strong need for intimacy and belonging, or an above average desire for companionship and pleasure seeking activities.

Another important element of this current alert pattern is the long term alignment featuring Mars, Earth, Jupiter, and Neptune.which is now at a peak. A likely outcome of this is a complex mix of emotions ranging from aggressive, confrontational, and belligerent attitudes, to sensitive, self refining emotions, with a perceptive and intuitive disposition.

This could manifest itself in philosophical, mystical, or increased spiritual insight, with a broadened and more inspired outlook that may open doors to new avenues of thought and ideas. Escapism in its limitless guises may result in reduced concentration, or frustrate a well ordered routine as tempting distractions will be difficult to ignore.

At the same time Jupiter will exert a noticeable degree of charm and friendship with generous and fun loving characteristics. On the other hand this may also involve exaggerated or extravagant gestures with over expenditure of effort and finances. It may also lead to excess and over indulgence.

The days ahead look set to continue to a similar pattern, but with the Moon aspecting with Uranus and Saturn in quick succession there is likely to be fluctuations of mood and circumstance, but more on this in future alerts.
