We are now just two or three days short of the New Moon and moods will be tense or agitated with increased nervous restlessness.
Under these circumstances emotions will be exaggerated and subject to extremes of circumstance. In addition there may be petty animosities, confrontation, or simmering resentments with hostile inclinations that could tend towards violence or explosive outbursts.
