A degree of tense nervous restlessness still prevails in this current alert pattern making this a continuing period of intense and powerful emotions. This is not to be wondered at as we are only just a matter of two or three days beyond the Full Moon.

At the same time this atmosphere readily inclines to a zestful, enthusiastic, and more ambitious mood sequence with strong determination. Under these circumstances feelings may be a mixture of emotions ranging from inspired, heady, and adventurous inclinations to those of a more confused, chaotic, and vulnerable nature.

On the other hand there may be sensitive, penetrating, and complex feelings with a degree of escapism that could mean that essential tasks are ignored in favour of more exciting alternatives.

As well as the residual effects of the Full Moon of several days ago this atmosphere is largely due to the gathering alignment featuring Mars, Earth, Jupiter, and Neptune. This will peak in around a weeks time and will lead to considerable sharpening of moods, even during periods that are normally associated with more sedate and easy going emotions.

As mentioned in the previous alert bulletin Mercury and Pluto are now in alignment. Often here on Mood Alert we tend to ignore the alignments of Pluto simply because it is a comparatively recently discovered planet and it’s various aspects with other planets have had too little time to be accurately noted. However this current Mercury/Pluto alignment may have a slightly more predictable basis with the following interpretation. This sees a conscious need to throw off worries and fears and eliminate disturbing thoughts, but may see acute nervous tension that could lead to the need to take the edge off the atmosphere through either drugs or drink. Whatever the case this is a period that lends itself to feelings that may lead towards life changing ideas and states of mind.
