In this immediate post Full Moon atmosphere there is still plenty of tense nervous restlessness, with heightened moods and emotions. On the other hand this period also inclines itself to more energetic, hopeful, and positive feelings with a highly zestful edge to them.

Under these circumstances moods will be exaggerated, sharpened, or intensified, with the possibility of strong and determinative feelings that could prove crucial to ones future course of development. In particular there may be an upsurge of creative, expressional, or enthusiastic vigour, with new perspectives on existing problems or long term dilemmas.

As mentioned in numerous previous alerts we are now coming to the peak of a highly significant alignment involving Mars, Earth Jupiter and Neptune. This will undoubtedly contribute to a powerful, complex, and sensitive mood disposition, with self refining impulses coupled with an element of escapism that could play havoc with a well ordered routine.

This period also sees a brief alignment between Mercury and Pluto. Often here on Mood Alert we tend to ignore the alignments of Pluto simply because it is a comparatively recently discovered planet and it’s various aspects with other planets have had too little time to be accurately noted.

However this current Mercury/Pluto alignment may have a slightly more predictable basis with the following interpretation. This sees a conscious need to throw off worries and fears and eliminate disturbing thoughts, but may see acute nervous tension that could lead to the need to take the edge off the atmosphere through either drugs or drink. There may also be a tendency towards explosive moods and circumstances, but also a more sensitive period of evaluation that could bring major changes.

Coming days may see a slight climb down in the intensity of moods and feelings though it will still continue to be a highly complex atmosphere.
