The next 24 hours sees the alignment of the Moon and Venus. With regards to emotions this will lead to more popular, friendly and affectionate moods and feelings with a strong need for intimacy and belonging.

Under these circumstances personal friendships will have an above average sense of meaning, and so too the need to feel wanted and appreciated. The opposite side to this is that where this friendship is not reciprocated or lacking there will be a deep void or feeling of loneliness and isolation.

We are also now just a day or so away from the New Moon, according to various time zones and this will inevitably lead to increased nervous tension and anxiety with the potential for extreme moods and emotions.

As mentioned in previous alerts these feelings will be made all the more demanding by the consumption of alcohol whose effects will currently be magnified so that alcohol fuelled incidents are a distinct possibility. There is also the potential for upheaval within the domestic setting so that even the most trivial of incidents may be capable of igniting confrontational moods and attitudes.

There is also the possibility of petty resentments and animosities, or else feuds and disputes that may arise over the merest trifle.

There is no doubt that coming days will see an upsurge in heightened moods and feelings with very potent inclinations that may not be easy to come to terms with. At the same time it may prove hard to concentrate with an escapist disposition that could be to the detriment of a well ordered routine.

On the more positive side this period sees plenty of intense, creative energy, with a constructive force of reckoning that can lead to major changes of a lasting nature. Coming to terms with this force may not be easy but as well as the more negative aspects of this alert, there is still a chance to see and experience things according to a substantially altered perspective.
