We are now just three or four days away from the New Moon and there will be a general heightening in the intensity of moods and emotions. Added to this there will be tense nervous restlessness with reduced concentration and feelings may be very much on edge. This may create anxiety and apprehension and some may experience highly unsettling emotional circumstances.

As with any immediate New Moon situation there may also be confrontational moods and feelings with the possibility of volatile expression, anger and contention. As a result there may be friction within the family setting in what could prove to be a short but challenging period ahead.

The next few days will constitute somewhat of a roller coaster of emotions as the Moon is due to align with numerous planets in very quick succession. The first of these sees the Moon in opposition to Uranus. This is out of the top category of mood unsettling influences.

Likely traits to result from this include extreme, out of character feelings with eccentric, bizarre or even perverse moods and inclinations. In addition there may be agitated, unstable and confrontational attitudes that may be difficult to placate.

On the more positive side this mood offers the chance for zestful thought and activity with a galvanic sense of energy, resourcefulness and enterprise. This period will also be good for original thought and ideas, with solutions to problems that one may never otherwise have thought possible.
