We are now at the brink of the so called ‘doldrum period’ which comes midway between the New Moon and Full Moon, or vice versa.

With regards to moods and feelings this will lead to reduced enthusiasm, drive, and inspiration, and it may feel harder to get going.

Under these circumstances those on a tight deadline may come to feel especially pressured, whereas those able to take things very much at their leisure and abiding well within their emotional and physical capabilities may actually find this period relaxing. As such this will suit a vacational atmosphere, but as mentioned above will be less than rewarding for those needing to perform and deliver to the very highest standards.

This continues to be a highly complex mood scenario with very definite extremes of moods that although muted in comparison to only several days ago are still capable of unsettling or unusual influences. For example Uranus is still in opposition to both Saturn and Mercury and this will create highly strung, extreme, perverse, or else perceptive inclinations with heightened nervous tension.

On the other hand the influence of Saturn will be towards moderating and calculating feelings that could lead to depressive moods and emotions with extreme lack of confidence and a degree of pessimism that will not be easy to avoid. In fact this present ‘doldrum’ period will accentuate these moods still further so it is natural to expect one or two days with very much lowered enthusiasm.

Yet again this ‘doldrum’ period may not be quite as low as usual as the vibrant influence of the opposition between the Sun, Jupiter and Neptune will create a sensitive, emotional, and delicate mood atmosphere, but also a degree of warmth and exaggerated emotion - the influence of Jupiter - that may be filled with a burst of joy for the spontaneous and unbounded feeling to experience and extend ones horizons.

Evidently this is a highly complex mood scenario with conflicting emotions that is not easy to predict. Feelings of depression may vie with an exhilarated air of supreme enjoyment and vigour that may be remembered for a long time to come. Definitely a very contrasting atmosphere but with highly positive possibilities.
