The Moon is now about to enter into an opposition to both Jupiter and Neptune, both of which have now been conjunct for over six weeks.

With regards to moods and emotions this will result in a considerable heightening of the attributes associated with both planets. Consequently there is likely to be a contrast of emotions with the very affable, expansive and generous nature of Jupiter opposed by the more sensitive, self refining but almost neurotic attributes of Neptune. These may also incline to acute emotional perception with escapist tendencies that could be to the detriment of a well ordered routine since it may be difficult to keep to the task in hand.

Added to this there may be a fun loving atmosphere with definite traits that may dispose towards pure hedonistic indulgence with exaggerated, extravagant or otherwise wilder moods with a strong element of recklessness or risk taking. As well as anything this may involve large financial losses, accidents, or mishaps with a lowered sense of responsibility. Above all this may not be the best of moments to embark upon major decisions as any important choices may be heavily coloured by emotional rather than practical concerns.

As reported numerous times already the Jupiter/Neptune alignment has the potential to lead to increased emotional sensitivity with delicate and self refining impulses together with traditional Jovian qualities associated with generosity, understanding and fun loving enterprise and activity.

This alignment also disposes to increased psychic and mystical awareness that may open up inner pathways to new and more exciting dimensions of personal thought and discovery. On another level it may offer creative and original solutions to problems, or encourage one to participate in ventures and activities that one may have never previously considered.

Coming days will see a similar pattern of moods and emotions with a steady lessening of tensions that will be to the advantage of those wanting and able to take things at a more sedate and unhurried pace. On the other hand those faced with a tight deadline may find themselves especially pressured.
