With the world held in thrall by the so called ’swine flu’ outbreak it is interesting to note that the first cases were noted around the middle of March. This was a time of highly concentrated planetary activity that constituted one of the most intense periods of alignments since Mood Alert began issuing bulletins. It is also worth remembering that the very word ‘flu’ is of course shortened from ‘influenza’ - the influence! In fact the influence - as was imagined - by older generations, of the planets, the Sun and the Moon. Today of course the modern world of science may choose to pour scorn on this idea, but many independent studies have shown quite definite connections between major flu outbreaks and certain groupings of planets.
