Today sees a potent mix of emotions that comes just days after the New Moon. As a result moods and emotions will still be tense and on edge with the possibility of extremes of circumstance.

This means that feelings will tend towards challenging and demanding experiences with notable apprehensions that may be hard to resolve. In addition there may be equally apparent insecurity and sensitivity with a growing sense of unease or else feelings that may see a sharpened degree of awareness and perception. These emotions may be rendered all the more acute by the consumption of alcohol whose effects may be magnified with unpredictable consequences that once again may be subject to extremes.

As with any immediate post New Moon atmosphere there may be exaggerated fears and concerns along with raised animosities, anger and volatility. Indeed passions could become enflamed with even the most trivial of excuses likely to ignite considerable hostility. Similarly there may be simmering resentments with an over sensitivity to perceived sources of reproach and criticism.

Looking for more positive traits and inclinations this mood can dispose to original ideas and impressions with creative solutions to problems or else the desire to partake in activities that one may never previously have considered. Coming days should see a slow decline in the intensity of moods and emotions as we begin to move towards one of the years least active periods in terms of planetary alignments.
