This represents a tense and anxious mood atmosphere with a disposition towards extremes of mood and circumstance. As a result moods may feel stretched and on edge with a natural inclination towards excited, volatile or unstable mood swings.

Under these circumstances there may be eccentric, unusual or out of character emotions with the possibility of perverse or bizarre inclinations that may store up future consequences for some time to come. It has to be warned that this period harbours the potential for extreme upheaval within the family setting and perceived injustices, insults, or criticism may be very forcefully addressed. As a result arguments or confrontational behaviour may erupt on the merest pretext and where arguments do develop they may quickly turn violent or subject to inordinately objectionable comments and observations. These will be made all the more likely where there is the consumption of alcohol, whose effects will not only be magnified, but there will be an added desire to take the edge off what is a highly challenging mood situation.

Another aspect of this current emotional setting is that there may be a contrasting depth of depressional feeling, so that although there may be an intense desire to succeed and achieve there may be an opposite force that will make it difficult to make the best of these feelings. Despite this there will be no shortage of original plans together with an overwhelming urge towards escapism in its limitless guises. One element of this may be a reluctance to conform to ones normal routine and other more exciting alternatives may be hard to resist.

All in all this will be a difficult and challenging mood period with occasional feelings of superiority and hubris with grandiose plans and ideas that however may be low on dedication and commitment. In fact this is a period where responsibility and the ability to reach important decisions will see a sharp decline in favour of easy and more instantly satisfying alternatives.
