18th - 19th March 2009

As mentioned in the previous alert bulletin we are now very much in the so called ‘doldrum period’. This occurs midway between the Full and New Moon or vice vera.

With regards to moods and feelings this habitually leads to a period of lowered, or flattened emotions and feelings. It may also feel harder to become motivated and routine tasks may be avoided in favour of more instantly rewarding alternatives. Added to this there may be an easy sense of disappointment and disillusionment, along with a tendency to depressive or pessimistic inclinations.

The fact is that the above mentioned factors may be cross influenced by other elements of this alert that will ensure its traits do not become too intense. This means there may be some degree of zestful activity with plans and ideas that may be filled with promise and enthusiasm along with alert and vigourous determination.

Coming days will see these feelings develop still further as we begin to lose the more languid aspects of this alert. Another factor of this period may be a disposition towards quirky, strange and bizarre mental activity with a tendency to out of character moods and feelings some of which may incline to highly orginal, creative, or even perverse modes of expression.

Alert is 7. Moon 50% milluminated.
