Today continues with a highly strident alert pattern that is one in a series of days that have been out of the top category of stressful mood situations. In addition to which we are still very much in a Full Moon situation with increased nervous restless and anxiety together with heightened tensions that still have the potential for extremes of circumstance.

As a result all problems may appear magnified with a poor sense of resolve that will result in hesitant, doubting, or unstable moods where clear decisions may be hard to make. Similarly there may be a loathing to even consider reaching important decisions which may be left for another time or abandoned altogether.

An important factor of this period is the alignment of the Sun and Uranus which is now at a peak. For some days this has disposed moods to a severe and extreme nature which is made all the more intense by the current Full Moon atmosphere. Added to this there is likely to be disruptive, rebellious and unorthodox mood impulses with dramatic inclinations that may direct themselves towards eccentricity and hysteria, as well as out of character thoughts and emotions that may be disturbing and may seem to have come from the mind of another person.
Some measure of balance comes from the opposition between the Moon and Venus which may result in slightly more balanced feelings along with affectionate and more caring emotions with a ready sense of friendliness.

Another balancing factor is the Sun’s opposition to Saturn which may result in cool and calculating inclinations with the chance of introspective or worrying moods with limited, restrained, but disciplined feelings. This can also lead to a depressive outlook with poor self confidence but since this is an atmosphere of clashing emotions some of these traits may tend to cancel each other out.

For some days now we have highlighted the fact that this period is prone to extreme moods and feelings and this was never more apparent than the recent tragic shootings in a German school. Reports speak of a teenage gunman who went on the rampage shooting 16 pupils and teachers dead in a frenzy of bloodshed before turning the gun on himself. Here, as on many other occasions we find that tragic events of the most horrendous and brutal nature often occur close to alignments between either the Sun and Moon and Uranus, which creates feelings that display a powerful deviation from the norm.
