We are now just around four or five days away from the Full Moon. This means that inevitably moods and emotions will show a noticeable increase in tense nervous restlessness with raised anxiety and apprehension that for some could become acute. This period is also at the focus of one of the years most concentrated periods of planetary alignments, which inevitably will heighten moods still further.
Another factor of coming days is the impending alignment between the Sun and Uranus, with both being in opposition to Saturn. In addition we also see a continuation of a massive alignment between Mars, Neptune and Mercury.
With regards to moods and emotions this has added a significant degree of sensitivity to the mood situation with hyper aware moods that may lead to distressing and challenging emotions with a tendency towards needless worry and concern. Those susceptible to panic attacks may find the current period to be especially difficult and there may be a definite need to take the edge off the atmosphere through drink, drugs, comfort eating, retail therapy or indeed any one of potentially limitless methods that may be employed to reduce tension and anxiety.
