Yet again this is one of a series of days that conforms to a broadly similar pattern of emotional stimulus. This comes at a time when we are heading towards one of the years most concentrated periods of planetary alignments with all this implies for moods and emotions.

To be more specific we are now in the midst of a sensitive and challenging mood atmosphere with greatly heightened awareness that may create undue tensions and anxiety. In addition there may be a chronic sense of fear and concern, so that even mundane problems may appear magnified and made to assume monumental proportions. To some extent this may increase overall apprehensions with elevated awareness and raised insecurity, along with an over alert degree of nervous restlessness. Under these circumstances it may be difficult to sleep to ones normal rhythm, or make one prone to particularly vivid dreams of an unusual nature.

We are still very much at the height of the Mars/Jupiter alignment and as we have mentioned numerous times already this is contributing to increased aggression and anxiety, with confrontational moods and feelings that will be quick to pick fault or rise to perceived feelings of injustice or insult.

On the more positive side this mood sees a notable increase in zestful energy with an adventurous, daring and perhaps even fool hardy streak that may open the way to accidents, mishaps, or ill judged actions that may later be regretted. On the other hand it may invite spontaneous acts and gestures with a vibrant, individual, not to say quirky disposition.

Certain to say that this is a period that is poised between feelings of tension and anxiety and also those of a more forceful, enterprising and fun loving nature. Coming days will see a gradual increase in tensions and anxiety as we approach the next New Moon in around five days time, but more on this in a future alert bulletin.
