Moods are still very much on edge with highly sensitive emotions that will be prone to extremes of experience. Indeed some will feel driven to the very edge of what they feel they can stand and not a few will find themselves at the point of crisis level. In addition to this problems will be magnified and solutions may seem hard to reach so that any difficulties may acquire an apparently insoluble dimension.

In many respects this will be a very delicate and emotional mood atmosphere so that feelings will be doubly sharp and penetrating to an extent not usually felt.

Under what is still effectively a very strong Full Moon atmosphere moods and impressions will be strongly experienced and there will be a great temptation to want to take the edge off the atmosphere through escapism in its limitless guises. This could involve drinking or eating more than usual and in the case of alcohol its effects will also be magnified and capable of releasing pent up emotions in a way that may be disturbing or else lead to aggressive and even uncontrollable outbursts.

This month the Full Moon is further heightened by numerous planetary alignments. One of the most important of these is the continuing alignment between the Sun and Neptune which is contributing sensitivity as well as an acute sense of awareness and perception with mental faculties that in some cases will verge on the psychic. As well as anything this may lead to enhanced spiritual or mystical awareness as well as impressive creative and expressional ability.

Full Moon aggression will be even further increased by the on going opposition between Mars and Uranus. This may not only lead to very aggressive, violent and belligerent moods but may also prove deludedly confrontational in a manner that is now self evident in the kind of news headlines that have dominated press reports across the world. Mars/Uranus alignments are noted for their erratic, impulsive and forceful attitudes, and this is more than aptly demonstrated by the current tensions between Russia and Georgia, and also headlines referring to threats of nuclear war. It has to be said these are typical attributes of a Mars/Uranus atmosphere and it is likely that after a matter of a week when this alignment has begun to diminish much more balanced attitudes will begin to prevail.

On a personal level the Mars/Uranus alignment is capable of causing considerable friction and division within the family setting and this is reflected by reports in the British media that show that divorces for this period have increased by at least 150%. See below for link to full story:

On the more positive side this atmosphere offers considerable zest for on going schemes and ventures with energetic and forceful attitudes that can be used to very good effect. As always it pays to be able to develop a balanced and tolerant attitude and although this is far from easy, even a small effort along these lines can make all the difference between a difficult mood atmosphere and one that seems to be lurching beyond control.

It also has to be emphasised that many will be subject to notably raised levels of stress and anxiety, with feelings that at times may seem to be going through the roof. If so then be assured that by the middle of next week there will be a change to less strident moods and feelings. But more on this in a future alert.
