This is still very much a strong Full Moon atmosphere with very definite tensions and anxieties. This means increased awareness and perception with high nervous restlessness. In addition there may be the usual Full Moon feelings of added anger and aggression with irritable moods and emotions that may be prone to arguments that can erupt on the merest pretext. Indeed where conflict develops there may be little restraint in what is said or done with consequences that may be around for a long time to come.

It should be warned that the possibility of this will be made all the more greater by the consumption of alcohol whose effects will not only be magnified but there will also be a temptation to drink more than usual as a means of taking the edge off what is still a very strong mood atmosphere.

As with any Full Moon situation there will be a propensity towards raised fears and anxieties so that problems may appear magnified and assume undue dimensions. Consequently it may be easier to see problems rather than solutions and this could lead to some degree of turmoil and agitation. Inevitably it may feel difficult to concentrate with shortened memory and a whirl of thoughts and ideas that may be difficult to keep track of. Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control it was not possible to post a full updated bulletin of Mood Alert at the usual time. However it is certain that for at least the next 24 hours Full Moon conditions of extra stress and anxiety will prevail with intense nervous restlessness. In addition this may lead to arguments and volatile expression with the risk of contentious encounters with little restraint in what is said or done. Similarly there may be heightened tension with increased awareness and perception that may intensify fears and concerns to a considerable extent.

Some measure of restraint may come from the opposition between Moon and Venus and for a short time this may lead to a better sense of harmony and understanding.
