We are now heading into another of the years most concentrated periods of planetary alignments in a year that has definitely out done all others in this regard since Mood Alert first began posting alerts. Indeed feedback suggests that for many this has been an exceptionally difficult year and certainly at the beginning of 2008 it was our view that this would be the case. However one cannot change the effects of the Moon and the planets, but one can change ones attitude to them and as we have always suggested the key lies in the ancient belief of moderation in terms of balanced physical, and mental activity. As the ancient Greeks would say: Pan metron ariston - ‘Everything to measure is perfection.’
