We are now just three or four days short of the next Full Moon and inevitably moods and emotions will incline towards the tense and anxious. In addition there will be a noticeable rise in nervous restlessness and although this atmosphere disposes to energetic activity it may be hard to manage it correctly. This means there may be a frustrating overflow of emotion, with notable anxieties which those of a sensitive disposition may find especially difficult. In fact moods may all too easily be prone to pressing doubts and fears with the potential for panic attacks, insecurity or a general state of uncertainty.

Under these circumstances it may feel hard to settle and although there will be a great many thoughts and ideas for future plans and activities it will be difficult to confine these to a manageable level. Consequently it is conceivable that for an atmosphere possessed of so much energy it may not be unusual to find that so little gets done. On the other hand there may be plenty of day dreaming or yearning for a better life with strong escapist tendencies that could make it difficult to keep to a well ordered routine.

Mars still remains very much in alignment with Saturn. Frequent visitors to this site will already know that since the beginning of July this has created an atmosphere of highly polarised moods and feelings. This has seen the more aggressive and ambitious tendencies of Mars contrasted with the traditionally reserved, inhibited but disciplined nature of Saturn. Placed together this can create a premeditated degree of aggression with controlled but ambitious planning, allied to a firm and sometimes over officious disposition. It can also lead to violent, bullying and authoritarian attitudes with selfish, self centred behaviour that may relate poorly to the needs and feelings of others.

In tandem with the impending Full Moon these attitudes may become even more pronounced so that the aggressive or ambitious nature of these emotions will be very much in evidence. In addition this alignment may produce an intense but neutrally inclined energy that may either lead to great constructive or destructive behaviour with benefits and consequences that may be around for a long time to come. Indeed this is very a much a pivotal time with the freedom to plan and create to a very high order of inspiration.

The above mentioned traits concerning planning and ideas will be even further enhanced by the start of the opposition between Jupiter and Mercury. This may give rise to a thoughtful and philosophical attitude with good judgement and a stronger nervous disposition that may better handle problems and dilemmas. It may also instil optimistic and expansive mental expression though there may be a tendency towards careless judgement and exaggeration.
