Moods and feelings may currently occupy a nondescript phase of the emotional spectrum. This means no clear division of any particular mood traits, so that to some extent this will be another day that could resemble the emotional doldrums.
With regard to current moods and feelings this is likely to prove a period with reduced zest and enthusiasm, making it harder to get going or maintain any great inspiration for the task in hand. Hence this mood may suit those able to take things very much at their own pace and placing few demands on ones time and efforts. In other words just great for a vacational atmosphere but not so helpful for those working to a tight deadline.
In addition this mood may be vulnerable to an easy sense of disappointment or disillusionment with a reduced determination to respond to problems and difficulties. Similarly there may be poor concentration with confused or chaotic thinking and perhaps even a disposition to depression or melancholia.
This atmosphere is also susceptible to sensitive or delicate moods that may instil insecure or doubtful attitudes with lowered self confidence and esteem. As a result there may be varying degrees of frustration with some agitation and although this may not be of a magnitude to cause major problems it could create an irritating impediment to forward progress. One consequence of this may be a tendency towards escapism with the distraction of activities that appear to offer instant emotional gratification or a boost to flagging inspiration.
The Sun continues in alignment with Venus and although the power of this conjunction is now diminishing it still exerts a degree of influence. Over the last month this alignment has proved beneficial in adding a degree of balance and harmony to otherwise harsher emotions and provided a pleasure inclined twist to the overall mood scene. In turn this has created a more affectionate and intimate mood climate with a better sense of sympathy and understanding. Now this alignment is almost at an end as we enter a short but important period of comparatively few planetary alignments.
Due to the lack of any great competing influence the current Mars/Neptune opposition is likely to assume an ever more powerful role over moods during the course of the next week or so during which Mars will also begin to align with Saturn. This is likely to create energetic and sensitive moods with the possibility of irrational fears and obsessions. Towards the middle of the week this will likely see the addition of more disciplined or assertive moods with a strong element of self reliance and ambition. As mentioned above these emotions will have little of a balancing nature, and if anything the proximity of the New Moon - now only five days away - will tend to highlight these traits still farther.
All in all this may be something of a frustrating atmosphere with subtle pressures and concerns, and although it is far from a major mood atmosphere some may find it both awkward and difficult to deal with.
