We are now just around a day away from the New Moon which this month occurs at precisely 19:24 GMT (15:24 EDT) Inevitably this will mean a period that will be prone to intense moods and emotions which for some will constitute a severe mood alert.

As with every New Moon setting there will be tense nervous restlessness with unsettled feelings that may be prone to anxiety, apprehension or even panic attacks. For some there may be a tendency towards baseless fears and concerns and problems will be magnified.

Under these circumstances there may be an inclination to see difficulties instead of solutions and there may be a tendency towards easy disillusionment or disappointment. In addition there may be a poor sense of self confidence with escapist tendencies that could prove detrimental to ones daily schedule. Indeed it may prove harder to get going and there will be a greater than usual preference for activities that appear to offer instant emotional satisfaction or else ease some of the intense pressure that this atmosphere is capable of producing. Inevitably there will be a disposition towards more aggressive thoughts and feelings and although this mood is not overtly confrontational there is the potential for nasty and volatile exchanges.
