Mars is still in opposition to the Moon and the pair will remain conjunct until around 18:00 GMT (14:00 EDT).

With regards to moods and emotions this is helping to create a zestful and dynamic mood atmosphere, with robust and energetic feelings. In addition there is likely to be increased nervous restlessness with impatient, indiscreet, or forceful impulses. On occasions this may result in irritable outbursts with quickly aroused passions and even violence.

As on previous days the above mentioned influence will be balanced by other more moderate alignments. In particular this is likely to involve the on going conjunction between the Sun and Venus. Likely mood traits include a strong need for love or affection and the need to feel wanted. Similarly there may be a powerful disposition towards romance or intimacy, although these emotions may easily be misdirected or subject to strong disappointment or disillusionment.

Saturn still continues to bring sizeable doubts and misgivings with reserved or limited emotions that will be prone to lowered self confidence or even a disposition towards futility or the feeling that one is being left behind. Here once again there will be a contrasting two way influence between the more robust and ambitious elements of Mars, and the sometimes depressive or melancholic outlook of Saturn. Around 19:00 GMT (15:00 EDT) the Moon will come into alignment with Neptune. Added to this there may be deceitful or neurotic tendencies that will lean towards escapism in its limitless guises.

One of the more positive aspects of this mood atmosphere is that it will easily incline towards artistic or creative activities or those that rely on a high degree of expressional ability. The counter influence of Saturn may inhibit some of the wilder creative forces, but at the same time instil the necessary discipline to make the most of this influence.

Around 23:00 GMT (19:00 EDT) the attributes of Saturn will be further emphasised as it comes into opposition with the Moon. This means added reserve and caution with timid and shy emotions and a deeply self conscious outlook. Inevitably this may result in depressive or pessimistic thoughts and attitudes with flattened or uninspired thoughts and feelings. Once again however other aspects of this alert pattern should ensure that these feelings do not become too intense.

This atmosphere - through the influence of Neptune - may also lead to increased awareness and perception verging on psychic intuition, that could open up inner pathways (whether consciously or subconsciously) to new avenues of personal discovery.

The truth is that many may find this an uncomfortable mood atmosphere with unsettling feelings and impressions that could prove disturbing.
