We are now just four or five days away from the Full Moon and consequently entering a period that will see a gradual increase in tension and anxiety. This process is already well under way, and the overall mood situation will be subject to increased nervous restlessness with raised aggression and the possibility of contentious encounters which have the potential to become extremely nasty.
In addition this period will be prone to episodes of heightened sensitivity and the likelihood of growing apprehension with fears and concerns that may not easily be dispelled. Under these circumstances problems may tend to loom large with a seemingly insoluble stature to them and even minor difficulties may be magnified to a considerable extent.
Paradoxically despite the high energy of this period it may feel harder to get going. This could be because of so many different anxieties and pressures causing a blockage of confusion making it harder to reach major decisions or indeed any decisions at all. Similarly there may be a loathing of situations calling for a high degree of responsibility and there may be a considerable pull towards escapism in its limitless forms. This could manifest in a strong desire to take the edge off the atmosphere either through eating or drinking more than usual or else the expenditure of comparatively large sums of money on items that may quickly lose their appeal.
As mentioned above it may feel significantly harder to get going and there may be a lazy attitude towards work, and ones daily routine may be subject to frequent interruptions and distractions. Whether consciously or subconsciously this atmosphere may also foster an atmosphere of low ambition and getting through the day as easily as possible may constitute the fullest extent of most peoples aspirations. As it is those faced with a tight deadline may feel especially pressured whereas those able to take things at their own pace, placing few demands on their time and efforts may relish the freedom of doing nothing in particular.
Some may find this atmosphere to be peculiarly flattening in terms of inspiration and enthusiasm and may be susceptible to bouts of melancholia or depression. This may also contribute to an easy sense of disillusionment or disappointment. However coming days should see a marked boost to energy levels as well as overall optimism, though as always the usual factors associated with the impending Full Moon will be certain to raise overall tension and anxiety.
Alert is 7.5. Moon 81% illuminated.
