The effects of alcohol during a particularly turbulent period of celestial influence, such as the last New Moon could not be more tragically illustrated than a recent police shooting in the English capital London. A well educated and respected lawyer in the midst of a trying separation from his wife, became drunk and began firing through the window of his luxury house in an exclusive district of central London.
