Feelings will still continue to experience heightened levels of tension and anxiety. In addition there is the likelihood of nervous restlessness with trouble in settling in what for many may turn out to be a frustrating emotional experience.
Vestiges of Full Moon emotions may still persist and although the Full Moon was around four days ago there is enough of its zestful energy to cause problems and anxiety. As a result it may feel easy to succumb to an atmosphere of subtle fears and concerns, where problems will seem magnified and solutions appear hard to come by.
To some extent there will be a loathing for responsibility and a shirking of important decisions that may be avoided if at all possible. In fact under these circumstances concentration will be far from optimal and choices will be made more from instinct rather than well reasoned thought and debate. A certain amount of mental confusion is to be expected along with forgetful episodes, or not quite feeling fully concentrated. As a result it may be difficult to gather ones thoughts and unless ones daily routine is of a highly repetitive nature it may seem harder to get going.
Activities requiring originality or a high degree of creative imput may suffer as imaginative abilities will not be a fluent as they were only just three or four days ago. In fact those on a tight deadline will come to feel especially pressured as this period will not respond well to those in need of an extra spring in their step.
The effects of Saturn will continue to be sharply felt. The planet is now in long term opposition to Neptune creating the explanation for most of the mood traits listed above. In addition to these there may also be a tendency towards easy disappointment or disillusionment and some may find themselves prone to depression or melancholia. There may also be reduced zest and enthusiasm and lowered self confidence that will make it harder to embark on schemes requiring a high degree of drive and purpose.
Mars and Jupiter continue in opposition and this will prevent the overall atmosphere from feeling too low or purposeless. This alignment can tend towards conflict and strife though in the present circumstances the effects of Saturn will mean that these traits are held very much in check.
The last few days have seen a sudden upsurge in geomagnetic activity following strong Solar winds that are now buffeting the planet. It is our contention that this can result in very definite physical and emotional implications. These may take the form of increased irritability and tetchiness, with impatient or nervous restlessness that will make it difficult to settle or feel at ease. Physical symptoms may include sudden nausea, dizziness, palpitations, or feeling unwell for no particular reason. There may also be neuralgic complaints along with a disposition to headaches and toothache or a tendency to feeling washed out and exhausted. As on other occasions we should point out that if these symptoms relate to increased geomagnetic activity they will be of short duration only and if persisting for longer than a few days are likely to be of some other origin.
For some this may be far from being an easy emotional atmosphere. At the very least it may appear one of awkward and frustrating emotions with an easy sense of discouragement. At worst it may appear oppressively laden with doubts and insecurities that could create an unnecessarily pessimistic view of the future.
Once again this climate will suit best those able to place few demands on their time and efforts where doing very little - and still feeling satisfied about it - may seem like the best tonic of all.
Alert is 7.5. Moon 86% illuminated.
