26th - 27th March 2008

This present mood alert differs only very slightly from the previous one issued 24 hours ago. This means a continuation of the tense and anxious conditions that result from the Uranus, Mercury, Venus, Earth alignment, as well as the now waning effects of the Full Moon of around 5 days ago.

In reality it is the effects of Uranus that exert the greatest influence over this current period. Any alignment of Uranus is bound to be disruptive and the current alignment with Mercury and Venus is no exception. Likely mood traits to result from this include strange, bizarre, or unusual emotions with the likelihood of out of character thoughts and behaviour. In extreme cases there may be a tendency to perverse actions with loose morals that may result in consequences that could be around for some time to come. This is also an alignment capable of causing turmoil within the family setting and may easily lead to splits within relationships, or serious rifts between partners and colleagues.

Under these circumstances there will be a definite tendency towards escapism and ones daily routine may be difficult to adhere to without the distracting influence of more instantly gratifying alternatives. Added to this there may be confused or chaotic thinking with poor concentration and this period will be prone to errors of judgement that could lead to large financial losses. The present emotional atmosphere will also see heightened nervous restlessness though this may be harnessed to good effect as it will be perfect for those in need of strong campaigning zeal, or indeed anyone in need of a stiff boost of energy. 25th - 26th March 2008

As outlined in yesterday’s alert bulletin, this period sees itself at the focus of extremely unsettling moods and emotions that could have far reaching consequences for a long time to come. The main reason for this is the fast developing alignment between Uranus, Mercury and Venus. This will come to a peak over the next few days and will have important mood implications that require the most vigilant of attention.

Uranus is always regarded as exerting emotions that deviate very powerfully from the norm. This means eccentric, bizarre or out of character modes of behaviour, with a tendency towards perverse or unusual expression. It could also lead to a period of loose or wayward morals or an intense degree of escapism that may play havoc with ones normal routine or schedule. In addition alignments of Uranus and in particular the current alignment mean there is an increased risk of turmoil, dissent, or upheaval within the family setting. Amongst other things this could lead to splits within relationships or tensions that may produce extreme moods that could give way to domestic violence, illicit affairs, or ill judged actions that may have consequences for a long time to come.

Alignments involving Uranus are often to be found where there are particularly brutal crimes or killings and even if the average person will not experience anything remotely approaching these extremes there is still need for the greatest care and attention. Read the rest of this entry »

24th - 25th March 2008 - Extreme emotions possible.

We are now several days past the Full Moon, and you might imagine that moods would be heading for a calmer, more sedate period with reduced stress and anxiety. Ordinarily this might well be so. Unfortunately however that does not apply to this present time, and the next few days see the development of an alignment that has the potential for intense emotional disruption: It is the direct alignment (not opposition as stated yesterday) between the two already aligned planets Mercury and Venus.

With regards to moods and emotions this is likely to produce a highly strung nervous system with bizarre, eccentric, or extremist tendencies that will mark this out as one of the years most challenging periods. In addition there is likely to be abnormal and out of character thoughts and emotions with unusual tastes or unconventional values that in some cases may be accompanied by perverse or immoral acts.

Under these circumstances there is a considerable risk of upheaval within the family setting and this will all too easily lead to arguments or serious disagreements. In fact the emotional barometer is of such a peak at this time that there is an extreme risk of splits within relationships, broken love affairs, or even illicit affairs, as the harsher elements of this atmosphere are likely to throw issues of contention into stark relief. 23rd - 24th March 2008

With the Moon 98% illuminated this still represents a very heightened mood atmosphere that needs very careful handling.

In this immediate post Full Moon environment it is inevitable that moods and emotions will be tense and on edge with heightened nervous restless and anxiety. Under these circumstances many will feel emotionally challenged and this could prove to be a highly testing period.

As with any Full Moon setting there is the likelihood of enflamed emotions with aggressive thoughts and feelings that may be very forcefully expressed. Consequently there is a heightened risk of arguments or contentious encounters, with the possibility of explosive moods and even violence. In fact it will take very little to produce conflict, and some may find themselves arguing just for the sake of it. These feelings will be especially likely where there is the consumption of alcohol as its effects will be magnified at this time and could lead to confrontational behaviour, or feelings of an intense or disturbing nature. 22nd - 23rd March 2008

This is still very much an atmosphere that falls under the Full Moon influence. As a result moods and emotions will be tense and on edge with heightened nervous restlessness. In addition there will be anxious and apprehensive moods and feelings with strong fears and concerns that for some may turn to panic or emotional turmoil.

As with any Full Moon situation there is a strong possibility of aggression and conflict with easily raised passions that may spill over into violence. This may cause friction within the family setting and where arguments develop there may be little restraint in what is said or done. Indeed this atmosphere harbours the potential for considerable animosity and the likelihood of volatile expression. This will be especially so where there is the consumption of alcohol as its effects will be magnified and even moderate quantities may lead to unpleasant circumstances.

The reality is that this atmosphere will easily tend towards extremes, with a high degree of zestful energy that will heighten prevailing moods and feelings. For example where there is a happy and joyful atmosphere this will be raised still further, and vice versa where there are feelings of doubt, insecurity, or resentment these too will be emphasised. The problem is that under these circumstances even the most convivial of settings may suddenly turn sour, as the dividing line between a good time and more contentious or argumentative feelings is now very thin indeed.
