One of the main features of this current alert is the alignment of the Moon and Jupiter, with the two also being in opposition to Mars. In the meantime there is a continuation of the difficult and challenging alignment between Uranus, Mercury, and Venus. On top of this there is the long term opposition between Saturn and Neptune to contend with in what is a period of supreme celestial complexity.

With regards to moods and emotions this will be a period necessary of the utmost caution and vigilance as numerous factors conspire to make this a very volatile mood atmosphere, with the influence of Uranus still very apparent.

For almost a week now Uranus has remained in alignment with Mercury and Venus. This has created an emotionally heightened mood environment capable of extremes of thought and action. In addition there is the likelihood of drastic solutions to problems, with the potential for disruption and upheaval within the family setting. Similarly there may be intense hostility and resentment, and over the next few days this will be further increased by the developing opposition between Mars and Jupiter which will come to be an important mood inducing factor over the next month and a half or so.

Some measure of restraint may come from the direct alignment of the Moon and Jupiter, which could introduce more sympathetic and understanding feelings with a better sense of optimism and well being. However there may also be a tendency towards extravagance and exaggeration, and this may include an over adventurous disposition or unnecessary risk taking.

Better inclined feelings and more agreeable moods may also arise from the continued alignment between Mercury and Venus, but since this alignment also includes the disruptive nature of Uranus these qualities may not shine so bright as they otherwise would.

All in all this atmosphere is more likely to be remembered for its volatility and heightened mood range than anything else. As such it harbours the potential for intense disruption with the potential for splits within relationships or illicit affairs that may lead to yet more turmoil and strife. Under these circumstances problems may be magnified and there may be a strong temptation to take the edge off the atmosphere through the use of drugs or alcohol or indeed the literally limitless forms of escapism that appear to offer an outlet from what may be particularly sharp thoughts and feelings.

On the more positive side this atmosphere offers intense energy for on going schemes and ventures, and goals with a strong humanitarian, political, or religious agenda should receive an immense boost of inspiration. However it should be warned there may be an unrealistic estimation of ones power and ability as certain factors of this current emotional climate incline towards delusional feelings of supremacy and invincibility.

In addition this mood will also tend towards inventiveness, and ingenuity as well as highly instinctive emotions with a strong creative or expressional element that will be great for all activities that rely on such qualities.
