The Mercury, Venus, Uranus alignment still continues at its height, and this means yet more of the very heightened moods of the last few days.
As detailed numerous times already the presence of Uranus in any type of alignment is bound to cause problems of a disruptive nature, and this present period is no exception. As a result there are likely to be moods that are tense and on edge with easily disturbed emotions that may veer towards extremes. This could play havoc with domestic harmony and particularly where there is the consumption of alcohol there may be distressed or turbulent emotions. At times these may show an inordinate amount of vitriolic expression with cruel or ruthless remarks and actions. Indeed there will be a general tendency towards the bizarre or eccentric with out of character moods and feelings that may show a powerful deviation from ones ‘normal’ self.
Under these circumstances problems may loom large, and there is a corresponding risk that remedies may be of a drastic, if not violent nature. This mood also carries the seed of significant upheaval that may dispose towards splits or separations within relationships, or illicit affairs as well as loose morals and a general lack of responsibility. This could manifest itself in a sharp rebellion against authority with ideas and feelings of a superior nature that will be particularly noticeable in areas of activity connected with humanitarian, ecological or political activities. Above all this atmosphere will respond strongly to perceived insults or criticism and arguments may be ignited on the merest pretext.
Fortunately some measure of restraint will come from the continuing alignment between Mercury and Venus. This will tone down some of the harsher elements of this emotional atmosphere and transpose calmer more agreeable feelings on what is otherwise a decidedly extreme mood setting. Mercury and Venus may also instil some much needed understanding between individuals allowing for a more balanced outlook that could be the vital ingredient in avoiding unpleasant scenes and outbursts.
For the third consecutive day geomagnetic activity continues at raised levels and this too has definite mood implications. Below are some of the likely effects which were published in yesterday’s alert but still hold true for this current period.
Over the last few days there has been a noticeable jump in geomagnetic activity that follows an upsurge in Solar activity and a strong Solar wind. Sometimes this can result in poor concentration with varying degrees of mental confusion, or chaotic thinking. It can also lead to increased irritability with definite physical symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations, or neuralgic complaints and maladies. These also include nausea, toothache and headache possibly accompanied by intense fatigue or tiredness with the sensation of being washed out and exhausted. It should however be warned that these symptoms wear off relatively quickly, and if persisting for more than a day or two or likely to be of some other origin.
As mentioned in previous alerts we are now seeing the start of the long term opposition between Saturn and Neptune. Likely mood traits to result from this include acute emotional frustration that for a few may result in deep neuroses or confused and impractical thinking. Amongst other things this could lead to substantial financial losses as ones sense of judgement and concentration may be far from optimal.
On the more positive side this alignment may lead to increased creative potential with idealistic goals and ambitions, including lofty aims and desires. Because this is a long term alignment, lasting close to three months many of its effects may be absorbed and taken for granted. However it pays to be mindful of these traits as they are likely to play an important role in shaping moods over the next three months or so.
Once again this is a complex mood setting with feelings that for some may represent a considerable challenge. For others it may come to be seen as a time of great opportunity with galvanic, zestful energy that will act as a boost to on going schemes and ventures. As always the difference between the two is a successful and balanced harnessing of forces that although sometimes difficult and seemingly untameable can be utilised in a very useful way.
