The principal feature of the current alert pattern is the proximity of the Full Moon which occurs in three or four days time. As a result moods and emotions are likely to see a gradual increase in overall tension and anxiety with nervous restlessness as well as increased zest and enthusiasm. This will create an energetic and lively mood atmosphere that may be of great benefit for those on a tight deadline or in fact any who may want that extra degree of spring in their step. As such the present mood atmosphere offers that in abundance.
As we move closer to the Full Moon there will be a quick succession of Lunar alignments with an opposition to Neptune followed by a direct alignment with Saturn, and at the same time a further opposition, this time to Venus and Mercury. Meanwhile the day before the Full Moon is marked by the potentially unsettling effects of an opposition between the Moon and Uranus. Essentially this means that the course of this week will be characterised by swiftly changing moods and emotions in a roller coaster of feelings that will add considerable colour to the days ahead.
Under the circumstances there will inevitably be a noticeable rise in aggression and hostility with the potential for arguments, conflict and even violence. These feelings will be made all the more likely by the consumption of alcohol whose effects will be even more sharply felt in the days ahead, and even the most convivial of settings may suddenly turn sour upon the merest pretext.
Some measure of balance and control will come from the effects of Saturn which continues in opposition to both Venus and Mercury. This will add a greater degree of discipline along with cool and calculating emotions that may work well with the Full Moon energy. It means that plans and ideas may find an optimal level of expression with both the energy, inspiration, and enthusiasm and also the discipline to make best possible use of these inclinations.
While the effects of Saturn may instil some melancholia or depression, or a propensity towards worry and apprehension this will be more than offset by the zestfulness of the impending Full Moon and also the influence of the continuing alignment between Mercury and Venus. For some weeks now the Venus/Mercury alignment has added a more agreeable atmosphere to what might otherwise have been very stressful conditions. The pair continue to be aligned until the first week in April and likely mood traits include more balanced and harmonious emotions with more gentle and softer feelings. In addition there will be a strong stimulation of both mental and nervous activity and in particular those faculties that relate to creative or artistic abilities. Indeed all expressional abilities will be enhanced and this may lead to a better understanding or consideration for others.
As mentioned above coming days will see a gradual increase in overall tensions, but even though there will undoubtedly be challenging emotions there is also the possibility of a welcome degree of zest and optimism.
Alert is 7.5. Moon 81% illuminated.
