This is a very similar alert atmosphere to the previous day, with the same sort of tensions that will be susceptible to highly sensitive moods and emotions. This comes in the midst of a period that is amongst the most challenging of the year. As a result many may experience uncomfortable or awkward emotions with feelings that for some may verge on crisis level that will bring them to the very edge of what they feel they can stand.

One of the prominent influences of this period are the effects of Saturn which is currently in opposition to both Venus and Mercury. This is likely to result in hesitant, unsure or reserved moods and feelings that will be laden with insecurity, doubts, and misgivings. As well as anything this may lead to a poor sense of confidence with feelings that will be easily upset or disillusioned or else more than usually exposed to criticism or disappointment. Under these circumstances there may be particularly low self esteem with a pessimistic outlook that may hold a bleak view of ones future prospects.

On a more positive note the discipline and perseverance, not to mention the ordered and methodical nature of Saturn may impose some order upon ones life though this may be at the expense of perceived personal limitations that could produce feelings of inadequacy or not quite hitting the mark.

Some measure of more cheerful control and balance will come from the effects of the still continuing alignment between Mercury and Venus. This will include emotions of charm and well being with increased gentleness and understanding that will go a long way to containing some of the more aggressive traits of this period that are mentioned below. In addition there may be a propensity towards artistic or creative activities or indeed any endeavour that relies on a high degree of expressional ability.

One of the main factors of this period is the highly unsettling alignment between the Sun and Uranus. This has been influential for just over a week and constitutes one of the years most disruptive alignments. This can give rise to rebellious or confrontational moods and emotions but it is for the more hysterical or extreme moods that Uranus is justly infamous. These can arise suddenly and out of nowhere, but are all the more likely where there has been the consumption of alcohol, whose effects will be magnified at this time. As a result there may be powerful deviation from the normal, with bizarre, eccentric, or out of character emotions that may be a radical departure from ones ‘normal self.’ As a consequence there may be upheaval within the family setting or of seeing ones relatives and acquaintances in a totally different perspective.

Fortunately the Sun/Uranus alignment only has around three or four days left to run though paradoxically some may actually revel in the galvanic, or intense energy that this alignment is capable of producing. In this respect there is no doubt that utilised correctly the raw power this alignment is capable of releasing may be of great benefit if it can be channelled appropriately.

Coming days, especially towards the beginning of next week should see a gradual decline in the intensity of emotions though this may be at the expense of some melancholia or depression. For others it may simply represent a welcome period of relaxation after a particularly turbulent or unsettling period.
