Once again the mood for today, as well as the rest of the week shows a broad similarity with previous days with only the decline of the Full Moon to create any discernible difference.

For some however today may have displayed unusually aggressive or argumentative qualities with raised tempers and volatile expression. This could well be the effects of the diminishing Full Moon which incidentally was still powerful enough to cause an earthquake of 7.3 magnitude in Southern Sumatra. It may also be that during this period the Moon was also trine (120 degrees) to Mars. This sort of alignment is not something we often make mention of but when confronted by such a powerful atmosphere as today’s then it becomes extremely relevant.

Mercury is now coming to the height of its alignment with Venus, though the two will still remain aligned until the first week in April. Likely traits will incline towards feelings of charm and gentleness, along with a more agreeable and harmonious disposition as well as better inclined expressional abilities.

As mentioned in numerous previous alerts the Sun is now in opposition to Saturn and will remain so until around the middle of the first week in March. As reported numerous times already the likely mood traits include powerful self disciplinary patterns with a cool and calculating attitude together with a practical, realistic and resourceful outlook. However this alignment can also incline towards limited enthusiasm and inspiration with feelings of melancholia and depression. It can also invite fears and phobias and create conditions of chronic ill health.

Conditions over the next two or three days will continue in much the same way with a gradual decline in the intensity of moods after the Full Moon. For many this may be a welcome development but could be at the expense of some melancholia and depression.

Alert is 7.5. Moon 79% illuminated.
