For today and most of the coming week the emotional outlook will be of a surprisingly consistent variety. This is mainly because the prime influencing factors at this time will be the on going opposition between the Sun and Saturn and also the fast developing alignment between Mercury and Venus.

What will change during this period is the overall intensity of the general mood which will diminish from the high moods of the Full Moon to a more sedate, and less pressured emotional atmosphere towards the end of the week.

The opposition between the Sun and Saturn is now at a peak and has been with us for around two weeks. During this time it has contributed to a period of disciplined expression with reserved and cautious moods along with a cool and calculating attitude that has helped to temper some of the other more extremes factors of that period. However it has also led to a certain lack of confidence, with diminished inspiration and enthusiasm and feelings that may all too easily verge towards melancholia and depression. In addition it may also invite a variety of general fears and phobias and create conditions that may be ripe for chronic ill health.

Now that the Full Moon energy is beginning to dissipate the traits of the Sun/Saturn opposition will be all the more apparent, but fortunately will be balanced by the effects of the Venus/Mercury alignment which is now coming to a peak. Likely traits will incline towards feelings of charm and gentleness, along with a more agreeable and harmonious disposition as well as better inclined expressional abilities.

As mentioned above the days ahead will continue along the same pattern of moods with a gradual decline in the intensity of feelings after the Full Moon of around three days ago.

Alert is 7.5. Moon 89% illuminated.
