For some this may turn out to be a nondescript atmosphere with few great highs or lows, and with little inspiration or enthusiasm.
Under these circumstances it may prove harder to get going and sticking to ones usual routine may prove to be something of an uphill task. In addition there may be a tendency to escapism in its limitless forms, and more particularly this may involve eating or drinking more than usual.
An atmosphere like this may also need the boost of instant rewards and pleasures, and distracting influences will again prove detrimental to ones daily routine. Those with a tight deadline to adhere to may come to feel particularly pressured whereas those able to take things at their own pace without placing too many demands on their time and efforts may actually come to relish this period, as it could constitute an ideal time for rest and relaxation.
As mentioned in previous alerts we are now heading into one of the years most concentrated periods of planetary alignments. We are also about to start the lead up to the next Full Moon which occurs on the 22nd of January, and this will soon introduce more zestful, aggressive and forceful moods and inclinations. These could become evident at any moment so that although this atmosphere is not overtly confrontational it could easily become so with very little warning.
Given the diminished energy of this period it is perhaps inevitable that some should be susceptible to lowered confidence and enthusiasm, with the possibility of melancholia and depression. However this should not last long and coming days will see a gradual increase in more zestful emotions as we come up to the Full Moon and also the development of several notable planetary alignments.
As mentioned in numerous previous alerts we are also coming under the influence of the opposition between Venus and Mars which comes to a peak around the 22nd of January. Likely traits to result from this include impulsive and passionate feelings with a strong sensual nature. Ties of affection will be quick to form and this could manifest itself in a better sense of co-operation and understanding with others. On the other hand this may also lead to excessive passion with very erotic impulses, and the possibility of unhappy emotional relationships.
Another prime factor of this period is an increase in the Solar wind which is now buffeting the Earth’s atmosphere. In turn this may lead to indistinct symptoms of a physical or emotional nature. For example there may be a sudden feeling of not quite feeling well with indistinct symptoms and sensations that may include nausea, dizziness, palpitations or neuralgic aches and pains. Emotionally this may manifest as anxious and restless moods and feelings with irritability and touchiness, and acute sensitivity.
Once again it should be noted that any physical symptoms that may derive from increased geomagnetic activity are usually of short duration only, and if persisting for more than a few days are likely to be of some other origin.
The coming days should see a more zestful atmosphere with forceful emotions as we come up to the Full Moon in around four or five days time.
Alert is 7. Moon 70% illuminated.
