Usually at this phase of the Moon (around 50 - 60% illuminated) there is a brief period of quieter moods and feelings, broadly reminiscent of the emotional doldrums.

For some this may well describe this present period, and this may have numerous ways in making itself apparent. For example some may feel slightly less motivated than usual so that it becomes harder to get going.

Others may feel prone to melancholia or depression, or become easily bored. Yet again there may be those who find themselves filled with doubts and misgivings and susceptible to the most pessimistic of imaginings where everything becomes too much trouble. Read the rest of this entry »
